About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Maintenance Coordinator to join our Propertyse team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless communication with tenants, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Maintenance Requests: Respond to tenant requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and management to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Create and manage project dashboards, track progress, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, and take initiative to improve processes and procedures.
  • Technology: Proficient in using technology platforms, including Google Sheets, ClickUp, and Microsoft Project.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, utilizing multitasking skills.
  • Language Skills: B1/B2 or higher proficiency in English is required.
  • Technology Skills: Knowledge of project management software, including ClickUp, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
