We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Open Access Insurance. This role is responsible for leading and managing the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent for various positions within the organization.
About the RoleThis position requires strong organizational and time management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices.
- Manage candidate relationships, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- A competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
