Role Overview
The Proposal Assistant II plays a crucial role in supporting the Proposal team by efficiently gathering, organizing, and managing all necessary documentation for proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned proposal communications, ensuring all related documents are collected and organized in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare essential tender administration documents, including organization charts, responsibility matrices, and tender schedules.
- Compile tender documents and assemble comprehensive tender packages.
- Ensure adherence to the authorization and signature workflow.
- Maintain an organized electronic archive of all proposals handled, ensuring the Proposal database is up to date.
- Collect relevant data and provide analytical support to the Proposal team, preparing basic analyses and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Technical diploma.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for experience as a document controller.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
