About This Role
We're seeking a talented Senior Business/Financial/Management Analyst with a proven track record of success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing business management functions, including budgeting, financial analysis, and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding. You'll also be responsible for business process analysis, focusing on the coordination, accounting, planning, and administration functions.

Responsibilities
• Focus on the coordination, accounting, planning, and administration functions
• Provide business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis, and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding
• Conduct business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes

Requirements
• Excellent computer literacy with the ability to function in FAA multi-system software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage actions to meet changing deadlines and requirements within a high volume, high stress environment
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated professionalism
• Ability to solve problems through systematic analysis of processes with sound judgment and a realistic understanding of relevant issues
• Ability to be self-motivated and able to work both in a team and independently
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly responsive to requested needs
• Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion

Education
• Bachelor's degree with a major in any field that includes, or was supplemented by, at least 24 semester hours in fields like accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management

Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Clearance

Years of Professional Experience
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience

Our estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
