Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in Insider products and solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to support business growth, including integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure.
  • Provide technical expertise through presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation to customers and partners.
  • Lead account services strategy to generate and develop business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success, and sales teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers and competitive landscape to enable business dialogue with C-level contacts and their teams.
  • Provide outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities to support both enterprise and inside sales teams on targeted accounts.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields.
  • Cultivate a core ethos of care, ensuring partners feel at home with Insider products and assistance.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to be self-motivated, savvy, and always seeking solutions to improve relationships with clients.
  • High energy, self-starter, and visionary seller comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills, ability to interact with teammates and partners fairly and respectfully.
  • Masterful in delivering software demonstrations, both in-person and via web presentation.
  • Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
  • Possess functional sales experience that can be applied across an entire sales area or specific categories.
