Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients regarding the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their security requirements, execute proof of concept, and provide expert recommendations on electronic security solutions.
  • System Design: Develop detailed designs for electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for clients and their staff on the operation and maintenance of security systems.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system designs and specifications requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all security solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Implementation: Advise and support the installation and configuration of security systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the electronic security industry, with a strong understanding of security technologies and best practices.
  • Languages: Spanish (native), English (advanced), Portuguese (plus).
  • Experience: 5 years minimum.
