About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize our supply chain operations in Manila, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain activities, from procurement to distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, specifically for marinated chicken, and negotiate favorable contracts and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including C-suite executives and company presidents, to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
Qualifications

A successful candidate should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on importation and local supply, particularly in the food industry.
  • A strong track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and building relationships with senior executives (C-suite and Presidents).
  • Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
