Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Procurement Director to join our team at our commissary. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that align with our culinary vision, ensuring that we source the best products while maintaining cost efficiency and sustainability.


Key Responsibilities



  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Optimize supply chain processes
  • Guarantee timely delivery and inventory management

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in procurement within the food service industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for quality.
