Job Summary
Takara Hotel & Events Place is seeking a skilled Purchasing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching potential vendors, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers, negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing, assisting the supervisor in daily delivery requests, coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Solid analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills
