Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team at RecLatam. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with impeccable writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with attention to detail and precision.
  • Manage all phases of the litigation process, from case assessment through trial and appeals.
  • Ensure compliance with all litigation court rules and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Outstanding GPA from law school.
  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience with a US-based law firm.
  • Strong understanding of litigation court rules and procedures.
  • Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

  • Specific experience in consumer claims, real estate litigation, business litigation, and/or foreclosure cases.
