**Job Title: Litigation Assistant / Litigation Paralegal**

**Location**: Fully Remote

Our client, a fast-growing personal injury law firm, is seeking a Litigation Assistant or Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. **Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Document Preparation**: Draft complaints, outbound discovery, and discovery responses with accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Case File Management**: Organize and audit pre-litigation case files to ensure they are complete and ready for the transition to litigation.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings, keeping all parties informed and on track.
- **Court Tracking**: Monitor court schedules and deadlines, ensuring that all filings and court appearances are timely.
- **Attorney Support**: Prepare attorneys for depositions by gathering and organizing relevant documents, and providing any necessary support.
- **Client and Counsel Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and opposing counsel to facilitate smooth case progress and resolve issues as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in personal injury law is essential. Experience as a litigation assistant or paralegal is highly preferred.
- **Bilingual Skills**: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and professionals.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- **Multitasking**: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced legal environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions.
