About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team at Reclatam, a premier legal staffing firm. Our client, a distinguished litigation firm, specializes in consumer claims, real estate litigation, business litigation, and foreclosure cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with exceptional writing skills.
  • Manage all phases of the litigation process, from case assessment through trial and appeals, ensuring compliance with all litigation court rules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Outstanding GPA from law school.
  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience with a US-based law firm.
  • Strong understanding of litigation court rules and procedures.
  • Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specific experience in consumer claims, real estate litigation, business litigation, and/or foreclosure cases.
