About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team at RecLatam. As a premier legal staffing firm, we connect top-tier legal professionals with exceptional law firms. Our client, a distinguished litigation firm, is looking for a talented attorney to manage complex litigation cases and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with impeccable writing skills.
  • Manage all phases of the litigation process, from case assessment through trial and appeals, ensuring compliance with all litigation court rules and procedures.
  • Qualify candidates with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, outstanding GPA, and a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a US-based law firm.
  • Develop strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex litigation cases.
