About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Architect to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cloud native solutions that leverage modern architectural patterns and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide a team to deliver microservices-based solutions that integrate with our existing enterprise systems.
  • Provide documentation and diagrams that enable other architects, engineers, and stakeholders to understand the system architecture.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and engineering teams to build application modernization roadmaps that align with our enterprise standards.
  • Develop and implement hands-on prototypes to drive value and demonstrate vision.
  • Ensure operational and security standards are architecturally addressed in collaboration with security and technology teams.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in cloud native architecture, software engineering, and enterprise architecture. You should have a proven track record of designing and delivering complex software systems, as well as experience with cloud native deployment patterns, API best practices, and Domain Driven Design.

You should be a strong communicator with excellent collaboration and leadership skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with Azure and the travel industry is a plus.
