**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description

As a Global Supply Chain Operations Manager at Ansell, you will be responsible for overseeing distribution operations for Colombia, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, retrieval, and delivery of finished goods according to standard operating procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of receipt, storage, retrieval, and delivery of finished goods
  • Collaborating with commercial leadership and regional functional management groups to execute day-to-day operations
  • Auditing outbound shipments with freight vendors to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and optimal customer service
  • Training, reviewing, and motivating 3PL Distribution Center personnel as needed

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement new logistics processes according to new regulations or temporary projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trading, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience in distribution
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bi-lingual required)
  • Ability to operate independently with limited management oversight
