As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to creating sustainable supply chain strategies that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals. Your expertise will drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

A Day in the Life

  • Analyze demand and supply patterns to inform long-term strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement network redesigns to optimize logistics and reduce costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales and operations planning performance data and cost-to-serve metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in demand or supply planning, preferably in a similar role.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with experience working closely with internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP experience, particularly in SAP PR1 and SAP APO modules.
  • Knowledge of S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
  • Experience with Power BI navigation and report analysis.
