About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team at Boston Consulting Group in Colombia. As a key member of our BCG X team, you will be responsible for leading advanced analytics projects and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business impact
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics capabilities, including machine learning and statistical modeling
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a related field
  • PhD or other advanced degree in a field related to business analytics, statistics, or a related field
  • Strong record of professional accomplishment and leadership
  • Fluency in at least one coding language (Python)
  • Experience in developing advanced analytics solutions in banking a plus
