- Optimize Data Infrastructure: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability in processing large datasets.
- Mentor and Lead: Provide guidance and support to junior data scientists, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to team projects.
- Drive Impact: Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and insights, and lead efforts to translate these findings into strategic recommendations and improvements.
- Engage with Customers: Interact directly with airline customers to present and introduce new data science products, troubleshoot any issues, and provide advisory services to ensure their success with our solutions.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data science projects with Kambr's strategic goals and drive continuous improvement in our solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Expertise: Hands-on experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing and deploying machine learning models and data analysis algorithms, with experience in Python, R, or similar programming languages, and SQL.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Customer-Oriented: Experience interacting with clients, introducing new products, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert advisory services.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to mentor junior team members, influence project outcomes, and drive projects independently.
