About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Transformation Architect to join our team of experts. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and implement bespoke software solutions that tackle complex business challenges and align with our clients' strategic objectives.

Your exceptional technical expertise, paired with your ability to communicate complex concepts with precision, will enable you to effectively connect technical teams with business stakeholders and propel digital transformation initiatives across various industries.

  • Solution Architecture: Design sophisticated software solutions of enterprise caliber, incorporating frontend and backend programming technologies, SQL / NoSQL databases, on-premises / cloud infrastructure, and ensuring alignment with security and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Workshop Leadership: Champion workshops aimed at identifying problem spaces faced by clients and articulating potential technology solutions with clarity and effectiveness.
  • Software Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments, creating visuals and documentation outlining technical solutions and their business value.
  • Credibility and Communication: Develop and maintain credibility across technological and non-technical domains, ensuring effective communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead ambitious digital transformation initiatives, guiding clients through their journey and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
  • Advocacy for Best Practices: Advocate for best practices within software development and architectural design, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
About You
  • You have demonstrated software design and development experience using leading frontend and backend technologies, programming languages, frameworks, databases, servers, networking, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and application security.
  • You possess proficiency in Agile, DevOps, TDD methodologies, and familiarity with development tools, IDEs, and database software.
  • You have awareness of various testing and release management practices and tools including functional testing, non-functional testing, user acceptance testing, A/B testing, and blue-green deployment.
  • You can articulate complex technical concepts with precision, capable of engaging with stakeholder meetings and conducting workshops.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent caliber of professional experience.
