Key Responsibilities:- Solution Architecture: Design sophisticated software solutions that meet the specific demands and strategic aspirations of our clients. You'll incorporate frontend and backend programming technologies, SQL / NoSQL databases, on-premises / cloud infrastructure, intranet/extranet networking technologies, ensuring alignment with security and regulatory compliance standards.
- Workshop Leadership: Champion workshops aimed at identifying and fully understanding the intricate problem spaces faced by clients. You'll articulate potential technology solutions with exceptional clarity and effectiveness.
- Software Assessments: Conduct comprehensive software assessments, creating visuals and documentation that clearly outline technical solutions and their business value.
- Credibility and Communication: Develop and maintain credibility across technological and non-technical domains, ensuring effective communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead ambitious digital transformation initiatives, guiding clients through their journey and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Advocacy for Best Practices: Advocate for best practices within software development and architectural design, mentoring team members and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Complex Landscape Navigation: Navigate complex social and technical landscapes, making judicious decisions that balance competing interests and priorities.
- Software Application Architecture, Design & Development: Demonstrated software design and development experience using leading frontend and backend technologies, programming languages, frameworks, databases, servers, networking, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and application security.
- Integration: Experience in software integration utilizing technologies such as ESBs, Message Queues, API Gateways, and streaming/event processing software.
- Process: Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, TDD methodologies, and familiarity with development tools, IDEs and database software.
- Testing: Awareness of various testing and release management practices and tools including functional testing, non-functional testing, user acceptance testing, A/B testing, and blue-green deployment.
- Exceptional Communication: Demonstrated exceptional abilities in written, verbal, and presentation formats, capable of articulating complex technical concepts with precision.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: A storied track record of leading digital transformation endeavors and architecting enterprise-level software solutions.
- Facilitation Expertise: Strong facilitation skills, with extensive experience in conducting workshops and engaging with stakeholder meetings.
- Domain-Driven Design Mastery: Expertise in domain-driven design principles and proficiency with tools relevant to software architecture, such as RAIDs, C4s, Lean Value Trees.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-cultural teams, forming effective partnerships with client C-level and director-level leadership.
- Risk Management: Proficiency in risk assessment and management, complemented by a keen commercial acumen.
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent caliber of professional experience.
We provide a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a share plan, company performance bonuses, value-based recognition awards, and referral bonus.
