We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our team at NeuraFlash. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a key role in driving business growth and innovation.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, with extensive experience in implementing and overseeing high-quality deliverables. You will be responsible for effectively managing teams and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance across customer engagements.

You will also drive innovation in solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology, and reusable assets. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide executive-level business consulting and pre-sales support, working closely with our sales team on consulting and pre-sales activities.

As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will advise customers on solution trade-offs, assisting them in cost/benefit analysis and taking into account business process, architecture, and IT operating models. You will contribute to NeuraFlash's growth and scale, acquire and maintain relevant certifications, and travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in implementing Ironclad or DocuSign solutions.
  • Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Ironclad or DocuSign.
  • 5+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Ironclad or DocuSign platforms, with a proven ability to speak to delivery approaches and considerations for different project sizes and scales.
  • 3+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
  • Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.
  • Expertise in project delivery, including program management and SDLC.
  • Experience in managing established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to build and organize project and program teams for success.
  • Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs, reviewing proposals with clients, and negotiating contracts.

Compensation:

The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
