About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Strategic Product Manager to spearhead the development of our digital customer experience products. As a critical member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution for a high-profile client relationship.
With a deep understanding of the airline sector and digital customer engagement, you'll work closely with our technical team to craft innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business results through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage daily interactions with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
- Refine the product backlog and navigate high-level discussions with executive stakeholders
- Guide marketing, design, and related teams to create seamless user experiences
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management or related fields
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
