Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at HEALTH PRIME INTL LLC. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our operation, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. This role involves creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines, as well as providing advice and consultation to managers, supervisors, and employees on a range of Human Resource actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees, covering absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
  • Support business leaders with interpretation, implementation, and application of core HR or people-related policies, programs, and best practices related to talent management, HR planning, culture/employee engagement, and legal compliance.
  • Partners with business leaders and managers to conduct and lead in-depth and impartial employee relations investigations, and resolve employee relations matters in accordance with company policies, processes, procedures, and employment law.
  • Assist managers with performance management, including Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Assist with employee communications and feedback.
  • Complete offboarding tasks, including Termination Checklist for all departing employees.

Qualifications:

  • C1 Level English written and oral.
  • 3-5 years of general HR experience.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, sufficient for both internal and customer-facing communications.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
