About the Opportunity

As a Sales and Revenue Development Manager at Four Seasons, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to achieve maximum group revenue and budgeted targets. Your expertise in sales and negotiation will enable you to secure high-value group business and drive revenue growth for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute account plans to achieve maximum group revenue and budgeted targets
- Identify and target high-value group business opportunities
- Negotiate and draft group contracts to secure bookings and maximize revenue
- Adjust pricing and recommend concessions as needed to secure group business
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals

What You Bring

- College degree or equivalent experience
- Luxury hotel sales experience preferred (minimum 3 years) or operational hotel experience
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
