Director of Group Travel Sales

The Director of Group Travel Sales will lead the sales efforts for group business in a defined geographic region. This includes identifying and targeting group customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and negotiation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales efforts for group business in a defined geographic region
- Identify and target group customers that align with the hotel's goals and objectives
- Negotiate and draft group contracts to secure bookings and maximize revenue
- Adjust pricing and recommend concessions as needed to secure group business
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals
