About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Group Business Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to group customers in a defined geographic region. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify and target group business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target group customers that align with our hotel's goals and objectives
- Negotiate and draft group contracts to secure bookings and maximize revenue
- Adjust pricing and recommend concessions as needed to secure group business
- Utilize prospecting resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of the hotel
- Follow up on all business inquiries and leads to generate group room nights and associated revenue
