As a Supply Analyst, you will play a critical role in the integral management of spare parts for dealerships. Your focus will be on operational efficiency, process automation, and customer satisfaction. You will optimize supply processes and provide real-time support to dealers, improving visibility and control of orders and invoicing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support dealers in identifying parts in spare parts catalogs.
  • Incorporate, price, and update new parts in the system.
  • Quote parts according to dealer requests (price and availability).
  • Support dealers in uploading orders, handling obsolete parts, replacements, correct order types, missing units, etc.
  • Manage orders: reception, review, upload, release, and cancellation.
  • Monitor stock, update prices, and project dispatch times.
  • Invoice orders, control invoices, and report to finance.
  • Communicate directly with dealers, supply sources, and logistics operators.
  • Track campaigns and analyze backorders to ensure proper sourcing.
  • Create and update dashboards to record daily invoicing to each dealer, providing valuable data to the team.
  • Implement automation using VBA to improve visibility of key data (invoicing, BO, stock, container ETA, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Junior profile, recent graduate of industrial engineering, mechanical, automotive, business administration, data, or related careers.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • PowerBI, Qlik Sense, or any other dashboard development tool.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (B2).
