About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Talentuch, a global IT recruitment agency. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding new clients in the USA and driving sales growth for our company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, as set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the IT sector, preferably in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $2000-$2500 per month, paid in USD.
  • Bonuses of $500 per month for achieving 100% of KPIs.
  • Salary reviews every 6 months.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
