**Job Summary**

We are seeking an organized and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sr Team Manager. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in MS Office, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and develop strong professional relationships with employees and team members.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Sr Team Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving the performance of a team of Team Managers, meeting and exceeding all KPI targets
  • Managing attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the program
  • Coaching and mentoring Team Managers, providing feedback and performance management
  • Acting as the point of contact to attend client meetings to provide inputs and insights about performance (WBR, MBR, QBR), efficiencies (Daily Stand-ups), and any other product improvement meetings
  • Defining Sutherland's reputation by driving organizational initiatives within the team from time to time

  • Proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team player
