Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are strong in spoken and written English (at least C1) and have a minimum of 1 year professional customer service experience or equivalent customer-facing role. You should have experience supporting customers via phone, email, chat, and/or in person, and be able to effectively tailor communication and style to different audiences. Self-management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment are also essential.

Plus, but Not Required

  1. Knowledge of Office 360.
  2. Experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk.
  3. Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while chatting with customers.
  4. Interested in e-commerce with possible previous experience in leading e-commerce clients.
