Your Role:
As a key player in our organization, you will:
- Facilitate Onboarding: Coordinate the training process, provide assistance, and address inquiries from new hires via chat and video calls.
- Conduct Training: Lead training sessions, evaluate performance, and monitor progress.
- Progress Tracking: Assess and report on employee training effectiveness.
