Job Title: Organic Social Media Manager


At Anthology Inc, we are seeking an experienced Organic Social Media Manager to lead our social media logistics and content strategy.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage social media logistics, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple corporate, product, and regional channels.
  • Develop and execute content calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Craft engaging, on-brand, and creative copy tailored for each platform, adapting messaging to fit the tone, audience, and platform requirements.
  • Monitor and engage with followers and audiences, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze the performance of organic social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on KPIs and engagement metrics.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience managing organic social media, preferably for corporate brands.
  • Proficiency in social media and project management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Asana).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with digital content accessibility best practices and SRT (SubRip Subtitle) files.
