**About the Opportunity**

Anthology Inc. is seeking an experienced Organic Social Media Strategist to join our team for a 13-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

**Job Summary**

The Organic Social Media Strategist will oversee the logistics of organic social media programs, ensure flawless execution across multiple platforms, and create compelling copy to drive engagement. This role will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Anthology's overall organic social media strategy to support and improve online presence and digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Logistics: Manage daily social media posts across corporate, product, and regional channels using tools like Hootsuite or similar platforms.
  • Platform Management: Maintain corporate pages on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms, ensuring timely and consistent updates.
  • Content Scheduling and Coordination: Develop content calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Copywriting: Craft engaging, on-brand, and creative copy tailored for each platform.
  • Audience Engagement and Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers and audiences, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of organic social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience managing organic social media for corporate brands.
  • Proficiency in social media and project management tools.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital content accessibility best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications:** Graphic design and video production experience.

**What We Offer:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
