El Grupo Interpublic busca un profesional para ocupar el puesto de Full AP Master Data en su centro de servicios compartidos de finanzas y contabilidad en Bogotá, Colombia.

El candidato seleccionado será responsable de realizar las actividades relacionadas con el registro de proveedores/clientes/campañas/productos en el sistema Vantage y de apoyo en la supervisión de las transacciones realizadas por Master Data Assistant que da servicio a una serie de agencias de publicidad y centrales de medios.

Responsabilidades
  1. Revisar las solicitudes de adición y cambio de datos maestros de las Agencias (Local Finance o Local Business) - Vendor/Cliente/Campañas/Productos
  2. Garantizar que toda la documentación de soporte recibida esté alineada con los requisitos de las políticas internas
  3. Garantizar que todas las solicitudes atendidas sean enviadas vía SharePoint
  4. Garantizar que todas las solicitudes recibidas desde los canales de comunicación adecuados y con la documentación requerida en base a la política interna, se reflejen en el SAP de manera oportuna de acuerdo con el SLA
  5. Soportar y generar acompañamiento en requerimiento para cualquier auditoria
  6. Proporcionar informes y aclarar consultas para ayudar a las finanzas locales (incluido el proceso de cierre del perío)
  7. Proporcionar documentación de apoyo a las auditorías internas y externas
  8. Comprometerse con el equipo para mantener los procesos operados dentro del programa Sarbanes Oxley del Grupo y la Política y Procedimientos Estándar
  9. Proporcionar informes de gestión/detallados según se solicite
Requisitos del Candidato
  1. 2 años de experiencia laboral en un puesto similar
  2. Se prefiere la experiencia en agencia de publicidad
  3. Profesional y/o estudiante de último semestre en carreras administrativas economicas y/o contables
  4. Capacidad para proporcionar un servicio de alta calidad a las agencias con la gestión de datos maestros
  5. Buena resolución de problemas y capacidad de organización
  6. Buen conocimiento de los conceptos y procedimientos relacionados con la Gestión de Datos Maestros
