Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely implementation of master data for all LAM eCom websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Presentation: Ensure that product presentation on-site accurately reflects our current product offering and meets consumer expectations.
  • Master Data Execution: Execute all relevant master data processes for adidas LAM eCommerce markets, including personalization, and drive product content enhancements.
  • Product Availability: Guarantee the best product availability online, respecting retail intro dates aligned with Brand Activation.
  • Asset Management: Ensure timely availability of assets and global master data in Demandware and PIM, and act as escalation point for all Master Data Management topics.
  • Seasonal Adjustments: Set up both ad-hoc and seasonal approaches to product data embellishment, ensuring quick reaction to fluctuating seasonal demand.
  • Global Representation: Ensure LAM eCom needs are properly represented within global initiatives, specifically around product content enhancements & product presentation.
  • Emergency Support: Support ad-hoc emergency issues outside of business hours.
  • Range Plan Creation: Accountable for the asset creation of the LAM adidas range plan with collaboration with GACT team.
  • Price Adjustments: Implement adjustments of prices accordingly with GMMs proposals, mainly responsible for the outlet section.

Requirements:

  • Language: Native Spanish speaker.
  • Language: Fluent English speaker.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organization.

  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-Commerce environment is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • University Degree: University Degree in Business, Marketing or another relative discipline
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
