About the Role:
We are looking for a Wellness and Resiliency Coach to promote our 'Frontline First' approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting employee wellness and resilience through coaching interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively checks-in with Teammates and invites them to individual coaching or group sessions.
- Provides individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach.
- Partners in the creation and implementation of individual action plans.
- Monitors and checks-in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of the achievement of their set goals.
- Schedules and conducts regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions.
- Creates and organizes confidential client files including intake and session documentation.
- Monitors, collects, and evaluates necessary data to keep track of clients' progress.
- Reports accurate and consistent data by using prescribed tools.
- Assesses for emergency/crisis needs and ensures safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionals.
- Designs and facilitates wellness sessions, outreach programs and activities that support monthly programming and department objectives.
- Leads or co-leads projects or activities assigned by the Manager and/or Director of Wellness and Resiliency.
- Attends activities and completes all development programs and training sessions required by the department and the company.
- Know, understand and apply the Health and Safety at Work policy.
- Properly use and take care of the personal protection elements, personal protection equipment and protection systems provided and implemented by the company for specific positions.
- Comply with the safety and health rules, responsibilities and regulations described by the company.
- Ensure the good order and cleanliness of their area.
- Immediately report acts, unsafe conditions, adverse health conditions, emergencies, effects or possible effects on the environment, accidents and near misses, safety risks, process failures, nonconforming products and others that may affect.
- Ensure the integral care of their health and to perform work activities in a safe manner.
- Provide clear, truthful and complete information about their health condition.
- Comply with the rules, regulations, procedures and instructions of the company's OSHMS and the verbal and written indications in this regard.
- Inform the employer or contractor in a timely manner about the hazards and latent risks in their work place.
- Attend and actively participate in training, induction, prevention and risk control activities defined by the company, the COPASST and the Coexistence Committee.
- Participate and contribute to the fulfillment of the OSH objectives.
- Communicate all suggestions and consult all concerns related to occupational health and safety.
- Before starting any activity, identify and analyze risk situations and implement the established and required work controls.
- Make rational use of paper, water, energy and natural resources.
- Elect or be elected as a member of the COPASST or Coexistence Committee.
- Participate in the identification of hazards, evaluation and assessment of risks.
- Know and apply the actions described in the emergency plan.
