About INGEPSY:

INGEPSY is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Taxes Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Taxes Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor tax procedures. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Legal/Tax or Accounting areas in medium or large companies. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, or Business Administration is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tax Planning: Develop tax strategies to minimize the tax burden of companies, focusing on international taxation and its impacts.
  2. Compliance: Ensure standardization of tax procedures from all Agencies and compliance with applicable legislation.
  3. Communication: Coordinate with business units, ensuring application of current legislation, business principles, and tax policies.
  4. Inspection Work: Monitor inspection work related to tax areas and provide support as needed.
  5. Litigation: Monitor the calculation and collection of taxes and contributions, as well as potential litigation positions.
  6. Tax Authority Relations: Maintain direct contact with tax authorities to resolve issues and promote effective communication.
  7. Team Management: Promote integration between areas under responsibility and ensure subordinates are updated on relevant business aspects.
  8. Resource Allocation: Ensure areas under responsibility have necessary resources and conditions to carry out planned activities.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Legal/Tax or Accounting areas in medium or large companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Fluent English level required.
  • Knowledge in Tax, Corporate, Commercial Legislation, and large systems.

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid position at LI-Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr.

Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
