Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Supervisor / Lead - Operations Shared Services Center, you will be tasked with liaising with medical facilities across the designated regions. This involves coordinating logistics via phone and email to ensure timely Depot to Site distributions while maintaining exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and facilitating internal communications. You will also manage and oversee assigned tasks, focusing on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure all coordination activities are executed efficiently, promptly, and cost-effectively.
  • Accurately document all activities in the designated control tool, fostering effective communication flows to support the company's operational success.
  • Maintain timely filing and updates of responsibilities to generate performance indicators for the team.
  • Oversee and manage domestic shipments in TMS or relevant systems in accordance with process guidelines.
  • Utilize and maintain available technical tools (Sharepoint, Jetstream, TMS, Optiview, Filebound, etc.).
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with national and international offices of World Courier as required.
  • Perform additional duties as trained and assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a minimum 8th-semester student in foreign trade, business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or related fields from an accredited institution. Candidates with relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time constraints and pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building customer trust.
  • Good analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to take initiative and responsibility.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
