As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth as a trusted partner to our EUM Lead.
About the Role
- In partnership with the EUM Lead, provide critical market insights and context for relevant sub-End Use Markets to inform strategic planning, including market sizing, growth rates, dynamics, trends, and competitor analysis.
- Synthesize consumer insights with customer and competitor information to support strategy development and execution.
- Collaborate with local teams (Marketing, Sales, RD&A, BD, etc.) to activate strategies for relevant sub-End Use Markets.
- Support and guide Marketing, Sales, RD&A, and BD teams in leveraging Kerry's Business Model to its full potential.
- Actively engage with Global teams in formal and informal forums, leveraging expertise while sharing regional visibility and critical actions.
- Key responsibilities include UVP and GTM construction for relevant technologies, Business Case development for M&A, innovation, and investments, primary contact for external and internal communications efforts, competitor and customer mapping, leading innovation and consumer insights construction for sub-End Use Markets, and driving best-in-class collections.
- Additional responsibilities include tradeshows and customer events, guiding as a Strategy expert.
- Travel primarily within Latin America may be required.
About You
- Possess a strong passion for the Food Industry & Technology.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, desirable also in Portuguese.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Food & Beverage B2B Marketing, Business Development, RD&A, and/or Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Engineering, Master's degree in related fields a plus.
- Demonstrate high energy with a strong can-do approach, high emotional intelligence, and resilience. Ability to actively engage across the business, build partnerships based on trust and integrity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for consumer, market, and sales data.
- Ability to manage multiple details and deadlines in a matrix organization with excellent quality.
- Quickly grasp and become proficient in new concepts, ideas, technologies, markets, tools, and ways of working.
- Strong consulting and facilitation skills (diplomatic, conciliative, empathetic, and collaborative).
- Ability to anticipate internal and external customer and/or market needs.
