As Global Digital Marketing Manager at NielsenIQ, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance our online presence, working with teams worldwide to create a seamless customer experience across channels. This individual contributor role requires a highly motivated employee who brings their all to work every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and develop the Global Search Strategy, creating policies to support execution and annual plans to achieve defined goals.
  2. Manage SEO platforms, ensuring they are set up against our strategy and provide user training on Search tools and best practices.
  3. Perform keyword research, track keywords, improve overall rankings and domain authority, and develop tactics to achieve defined goals and improve performance.
  4. Ensure that organic traffic, website health, and conversion rates perform well and take action to continuously improve.
  5. Support copywriters, website editors, and campaign teams with SEO services and best practices.
  6. Run office hours to support stakeholders, tool users, and marketing managers across regions for search optimization and paid search activities.
  7. Collaborate closely with other teams to create a seamless cross-channel experience and customer journey between search and other channels.
  8. Run paid search strategy, support marketing teams with paid search planning and execution, and provide best practices.
  9. Execute or support execution of paid campaigns, reporting, and optimization, and oversee paid media budget spend.
  10. Monitor competition closely and develop the right actions and reports.
  11. Integrate A/B testing into marketing initiatives and oversee the implementation of winning tests on a regular basis.
