Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, influencer management, and social media strategy. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for our clients.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop strategic proposals and budget plans for clients
  • Ensure seamless campaign execution through continuous communication with stakeholders
  • Maintain high levels of campaign execution through exceptional organization and time management
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and negotiate contracts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates


Requirements:



  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, or community management in an agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Great organizational and analytical skills
  • Pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • High energy and can-do attitude
  • Goal-oriented, fast-learning, and autonomous worker
  • Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level)
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing: scouting, management, negotiation, and relationship-building
