Job Title: Senior Agile Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Technical Project Manager to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through digital business and engineering transformation initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, estimation, and successful delivery of projects and programs, collaborating with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
  • Drive the technical delivery of use cases, decommissioning, and migration efforts, adhering to timelines and commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless development, delivery, and adoption of modern technologies.
  • Work with business product owners, engineering leads, and technical stakeholders to advance project deliverables, meeting business objectives and goals.
  • Assess business value to prioritize the highest-value use cases, aligning technical delivery with strategic business needs.
  • Foster continuous feedback loops to ensure teams remain focused on customer-centric outcomes and high-impact solutions.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as product backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and high-level release planning.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in project management
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering software products within Agile delivery teams and a formal Agile delivery program.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and gain technical proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and emerging challenges.
