About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Visa's Commercial Solutions team as a Technical Specialist Client Success Manager. The successful candidate will serve as a client-facing individual contributor and subject matter expert, playing a key role in Visa's Client Success transformation. The position requires a high level of technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to support clients with complex problems and optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Support and/or oversee the implementation of new Visa products purchased by clients by coordinating key client and Visa teams to expedite implementation readiness activities and steer clients toward faster time to value and maximized adoption of deployed products.
  2. Establish relationships with Client Services and other cross-functional teams within Visa to deliver subject matter expertise consultation as needed to optimize client performance.
  3. Provide Visa Commercial Products subject matter expertise and consultation to Visa clients by leveraging insights and understanding of their local market(s) and product needs to continually enhance the Client experience.
