Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDD Compliance Supervisor to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our Global CDD Centre, you will be responsible for providing timely and quality-assured services to meet global CDD regulatory and risk management objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high standards of CDD service while ensuring all internal and external requirements are met. You will be responsible for aligning and collaborating with Group Risk and Compliance Operational Directors to deliver a 'One CDD service.'

You will also support the delivery of high standards of CDD service by implementing a more common, modern, simple, and efficient way of working. Additionally, you will foster a positive culture of compliance by working proactively with local CDD compliance professionals to ensure best practices are followed in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide and enhance a timely and quality-assured service to meet global CDD regulatory and risk management objectives in line with global and local standards.
  • Focus on value-adding activities while embedding the Global Standards Culture.
  • Support development of the function with a focus on improving the customer experience with better operational effectiveness.
  • Align and collaborate with Group Risk and Compliance Operational Directors to deliver a 'One CDD service.'
  • Support the delivery of high standards of CDD service while at the same time ensuring that all internal (e.g. compliance) and external (regulatory) requirements are met in full.
  • Align and collaborate with all business levels to improve our service delivery and implement a more common, modern, simple, and efficient way of working.
  • Able to create engagement throughout all the team.
  • Provide technical leadership and support technical excellence by searching out external best practice, monitoring technical and industry developments.
  • Support to ensure that the Global CDD Centre successfully provides CDD Compliance policy and advisory services to the 1st Line of Defense within TMF.
  • Foster a positive culture of compliance by working proactively with the local CDD compliance professionals to ensure that best practices are followed in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policy.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
