Mace is seeking a highly experienced Senior Stadium Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex stadium projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team to deliver stadium projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and coordinate the project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Mace's safety policies and procedures, and promote a culture of safety within the project team.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective project delivery and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, and mentor and develop junior team members.
