As a Global Travel Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating all interactions with client relationships
- Answering calls, emails, chats, and processing all requests timely
- Resolving client and hotel requests
- Conducting appropriate client communications as needed
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Passion for customer service and relevant work experience
- Fluency in English and preferably one or two more languages
- Excellent mental capacity to make quick, smart, and rational decisions
