Your strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and ability to manage complex and senior-level requisitions will drive the success of our recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, collaborating with team members to overcome challenges and drive results.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, planning future steps and actions with consideration of long-term implications.
- Provide market insights and guidance to stakeholders, driving process improvements and championing employer branding initiatives.
- Manage complex and senior roles efficiently, handling up to 20 requisitions simultaneously.
- Support events and research potential opportunities, actively participating in organizing and coordinating events and employer branding activities.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of success in a corporate environment.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including experience with full-cycle recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills, with the ability to provide market insights and guidance to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data management, including regular and accurate processing of data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the ability to analyze metrics for process improvement.
