Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative for Trane Technologies, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with assigned clients, maximizing their capture and retention, and providing final solutions to clients in the region, including countries such as Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, and the Dominican Republic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review proposals.
  • Validate preliminary proposals with clients.
  • Determine pricing and sales strategies.
  • Present proposals and negotiate price, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Collect information about projects and compare them with office capabilities.
  • Determine client needs, develop, and execute business plans to identify long-term requirements and establish strong, profitable relationships with clients.
  • Continuously investigate client needs and market opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships across the territory.
  • Coordinate and interact with sales teams according to client requirements.
  • Respond to client needs by identifying systems, products, generating quotes, and closing orders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of parts and/or spare parts.
  • Proven experience in the HVAC and/or Refrigeration industry.
  • Intermediate-level English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force.
