About the Role:

CQ fluency is seeking a highly skilled Senior Life Science Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Localization Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale multilingual projects, developing client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our translations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting client needs.
  • Review client requests, assess needs, and develop efficient workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Manage multiple complex multilingual projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Localization Quality Program Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.
  • Provide technical support for translation tools, ensuring smooth project execution and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, creating clear and accessible guides for team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience in the translation industry, with a strong understanding of complex multilingual project types and Life Science/Healthcare materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to professional customer service.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a true team player with a clear sense of accountability.
  • Robust computer skills, including MS Office and Internet applications, with fluency in English and a second language.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, with Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA) and vendor management experience highly desirable.
