Job Description:We are currently looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager who can deliver, maintain, and manage Project Services deliverables for projects. The primary purpose of this role is to implement standard and robust Project Services tools, procedures, and work processes reflecting the assessed risk parameters for each project.
The Project Controls Manager will lead the programme controls function for a programme, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting, and deploying available controls team resources to best effect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Project Controls across construction projects with experience on construction, infrastructure projects, and plants mounting on site.
- Experience in Primavera P6 and Ms Project – baseline development, schedule update, resource loading, S curve development, early and late curve analysis, float analysis, and construction quantities tracking.
- Experience in Cost Control – WBS development, cost tracking, budget vs. committed vs. forecast, cost report.
- Management report – weekly and monthly summary report, KPI indicators (SPI-CPI-EAC-ETC).
- Risk management experience.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in cost estimation.
Requirements:
- Skilled in oral and written communication (English and Spanish).
- Proficiency with PC operating systems, with proficiency in several basic software applications.
- Proficiency with multiple discipline-specific software applications, such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
- Knowledge of engineering, architecture projects, and construction management.
- Availability to travel and move around cities.
- Engineering or Architecture degree is desired, with experience in construction projects.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Good communication, written, and oral.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
